华信光电于1月30日成立新型冠状病毒疫情防疫指挥中心，厂内密切关注疫情发展状况，由总经理发布「新型冠状病毒肺炎防疫公告」，依照政府方案来拟定工作防疫分级与对应、环境防疫管理、人员防疫管理与分工、出差勤管理等规范原则与作业流程。
为了加强防疫知识普及，我司透过工作区内的电子萤幕、海报、电子邮件等方式，向同仁宣导防疫须知与办法，以期将工作环境的感染风险降到最低，且确保所有同仁的健康。
防疫小组由最高主管担任指挥官。每日为员工与前来厂办的访客、承揽商、工作人员等量体温，酒精手部消毒。公司人员则严格管控差旅行程、宣导以视讯会议替代群聚会议、与共同厂区的其他企业合作，严堵厂内防疫漏洞。环境防疫则是设定环境定时消毒，针对防疫物资进行采购……等事项。华信光电将依照政府疾管署公告即时调整与增加项目。
